The requisite guidelines and best practices for providing excellent customer service are identified for efficient use. Guidelines and best practices are taught that will enable frontline associates and service staff in back-up and support roles to build, maintain, and increase a loyal customer base. Units such as Contribute to Effective Workplace Relationships, Provide Service to Customers with Special Needs, Manage Business Customer Relationship, Provide Mentoring and Coaching within the Workplace will be covered throughout the programme. The minimum entry requirement is successfully completing the Customer Service Level 2 units.
